Absolutely Yoga is an original series that brings the benefits of yoga right to your home. Are you looking to reduce stress and fatigue while increasing your wellbeing? Then please join us for class- streaming online and shown daily on HCAM.

Each episode is hosted by a certified yoga instructor from Absolute Yoga in Hopkinton, MA. The series includes 50-minute and 30-minute episodes. Each show has a different theme- from “Opening Your Hips” to “Building Core Strength”. There are more advanced practices for those who are regular students of yoga and there are basic yoga shows for those who are just beginning or looking to refine their practice. In all of our classes, modifications are offered and every viewer is invited to practice at his or her own pace. Some prior yoga experience is helpful for getting the most comfort, safety and benefit from the show.

In addition, Absolutely Yoga has “Prenatal Yoga” and we’re very excited to be adding “Kids Yoga” soon. Our latest addition includes our “Yoga Time Out”: a 3-5 minute break from your day. Each of these segments will invite you to slow down and be present. It’s amazing what just a few minutes of yoga can do for you!

Absolutely Yoga will invite you to increase your strength and flexibility, encourage deeper breathing, and promote mindfulness that will carry you through your day.
