Project Just Because Food Distribution, Saturday March 13th

JUST BECAUSE FOOD DISTRIBUTION on SATURDAY, MARCH 13TH, 11-2 at 109 SOUTH STREET, HOPKINTON

Project Just Because will hold it’s second statewide food distribution event on Saturday, 3/13 from 11 am to 2 pm. In order to expand our efforts in reaching as many Massachusetts residents as possible that are experiencing food insecurities, we are offering this opportunity to obtain needed food supplies on a weekend day.

Hopkinton Center for the Arts (HCA) announces an exciting summer session of theater, fine art, ceramics, film, music, and dance classes and intensives. The 2021 summer session runs from June 22 through August 28 and is open to students ages 4 to 17.

On the Monday, March 8th Hopkinton Hangout Hour at 2pm, Jim Cozzens talks with Hopkinton Police Chief, Joseph Bennett about the latest happenings at HPD. In the 2nd half of the show, School Superintendent, Dr. Carol Cavanaugh along with Jen Parsons will join the show to discuss MCAS Testing.

This past Wednesday, Town Officials and Department Heads met via zoom in "all hands meeting" to discuss next years budget, department goals and vision for the future. Some of whom spoke included Town Manager, Norman Khumalo, Fire Chief, Stephen Slaman, Police Chief, Joseph Bennett, School Superintendent, Dr. Carol Cavanaugh and DPW Director, John Westerling.
