Last year a young Hillers football team finished the season with 3 wins and 8 losses. This year Head Coach, Mark Sanborn enters his 2nd season at the helm and they are looking to improve.

The Hillers return almost all of their starters this season and is optimistic about the season. View the segment below to hear from Coach Sanborn and the 10 returning seniors to this years team.

Hopkinton Soccer, collectively Hopkinton Youth Soccer, HHS Boys Soccer and HHS Girls Soccer, have teamed together to Kick Cancer in 2022. Kick Cancer 2022 aspires to build awareness and raise funds in support of Breast and Ovarian Cancer Research.

The American Cancer Society estimates in the USA for 2022 are:
● About 287,850 new cases of invasive case of breast cancer
● About 43,250 women will die from breast cancer
● About 19,880 new diagnosis of ovarian cancer
● About 12,810 women will die from ovarian cancer

Knights of Columbus present annual Soccer Challenge at Hopkinton Family Day which takes place Saturday, September 17th.

The Soccer challenge will take place at the Hopkinton High School fields from 2 to 5:30pm.

Hopkinton Hillers Girls Volleyball is fresh off an undefeated 25 and 0 season which included a D2 State Championship title over Westborough. Head Coach, Margie Grabmeier retired following the season and for this season, longtime assistant, Emily Sweetapple enters her 1st season at the helm.

The Hillers are a bit younger this year after losing 8 seniors to graduation but return 6 experienced athletes to the team.

Book author, Peter Zheutlin talked about his new book release "Spin" and "Arond the World on Two Wheels" and his upcoming appearance at the Hopkinton Public Library as part of the Hopkinton Women's Club monthly meeting. The presentation is open to the public and will take place on September 19th at 11am.
