Baypath Invites Community to Grand Opening of New Animal Enrichment Space

Baypath Humane Society warmly welcomes the community to help celebrate the grand opening of the shelter’s Real Life Room on Sunday, September 20 from 9:30 am to 11:30 am at 5 Rafferty Road in Hopkinton.

The Real Life Room, a multi-functional modular structure, serves as an enrichment space for dogs and cats that will enable the shelter to help more animals in need and increase their chances of a successful adoption. The project was funded by Especially for Pets Charity Nail Clipping Q1 donations and proceeds from the 2015 Baypath Fur Ball.

Cross Point Associates Sends Open Letter to Hopkinton Community regarding Downtown Parking

The owner of the former Colella's property, Waltham based "Crosspoint Associates" Managing President John Hueber recently sent an open letter regarding parking in the downtown area. The letter stated that Crosspoint Associates would like to share their parking spaces while parking options downtown are "limited". "We want to encourage you to frequent your downtown and enjoy all that the local businesses and restaurants have to offer. Therefore we would like to share our parking lot with the community for use while enjoying the downtown when parking options are limited."

New Restaurant Coming to Town

The Planning board approved a new shopping plaza at the corner of West Main and Lumber streets. Developer Paul Mastroianni told the Metrowest Daily News construction on the plaza could begin as soon as this summer and they are awaiting approval from the DPW to connect to into the town's sewer system.
