Changing Town Hall Hours of Operation

Beginning Monday, November 3rd, 2014 the hours of operation for all Town Hall Departments and subsidiary departments are being slightly altered to accommodate higher customer demand on Tuesdays and less customer demand on Fridays.

The new hours are as follows:

Monday - 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (no change from the current schedule)

Tuesday - 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Town Hall will be open for 2 ½ more hours on Tuesday)

Wednesday - 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (no change from the current schedule)

Thursday - 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (no change from the current schedule)

Golden Pond Assisted Living: “The Magic of Music”

Hopkinton, Massachusetts–In observance of National Assisted Living Week®, September 7 to 13, Golden Pond will host a series of events developed as a special opportunity to bring together residents, families, employees, volunteers and the surrounding community to celebrate “Magic of Music.”

The “Magic of Music” celebrates the role music plays in the daily lives of assisted living residents. The theme also celebrates the bonds built between residents and their families, friends, staff, and volunteers that make the assisted living community a home for them.

Patients with CVS Caremark can once again fill prescriptions at Hopkinton Drug

We are very pleased to report that Judge William Young of the U.S. District Court entered a preliminary injunction in favor of Hopkinton Drug against CVS Caremark to fully reinstate Hopkinton Drug as a Provider Pharmacy for all health plans for which CVS Caremark serves as pharmacy benefits manager. On June 23, CVS Caremark had issued a notice of termination of Hopkinton Drug effective July 3. Hopkinton Drug then sued CVS Caremark, alleging among other things that the termination was made in bad faith.

Snappy Dogs hit by car

Snappy Dogs hot dog stand located by the back lot of Colella's Supermarket on 61 Main Street was reportedly hit by a car and moved off the balancing beam sometime Tuesday Night (July 15th) and Wednesday Morning (July 16th). No major damage was caused and they remain open normal hours for business. Police are investigating the situation and looking for the driver.
