These “self-care tools” can be especially helpful during the busy holiday season. The evening will include breathing exercises, gentle stretching (can be done while sitting in a chair) and a variety of guided meditations. Although the practices are based on Kripalu yoga and mindfulness meditation, absolutely no prior experience is necessary! A handout and resource list will be provided.
