Selectmen Approve Legacy Farms Changes

Legacy Farms cleared a major hurdle last night with a favorable vote from the Board of Selectmen. The latest amendment to the Host Community Agreement, requested by the project’s developer, was unanimously approved by the board during their December 22 meeting.

As the selectmen awaited the start of the meeting, final negotiations between Legacy Farms and Hopkinton’s Town Counsel were still being ironed out. Once the parties made it to the meeting table, the discussion was fairly brief and the vote unanimous.
