Hopkinton Youth and Family Services Encourages Community Members to Participate in Volunteering for Mental Health Event

Town Manager Norman Khumalo and Hopkinton Youth and Family Services Director Dawn Alcott would like to encourage community members to attend the Volunteerism for Mental Health event, next week.

WHAT:
Hopkinton residents are invited and encouraged to participate in the Getting Better: Volunteerism for Mental Health event, hosted by the Hopkinton Youth Commission (HYC).

Town of Hopkinton Encourages Residents to Attend Upcoming Facility Planning Public Forum

Town Manager Norman Khumalo, on behalf of the Permanent Building Committee, invites residents to a public forum to discuss how town properties will be used to meet municipal space needs now and in the future.

Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission_ GoPuff hearing violation O PUFF

The Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (ABCC) found that two of GO Puff licensees (GB LL Holdings- package store & GB Logistics LLC- delivery) violated M.G.L. Ch.138 & 34 sale or delivery of an alcoholic beverage to a person under twenty-one (21) years of age (19 counts).

Therefore, the Commission revoked the license of Go Puff effective immediately. Please see attached the Commission’s decision.

Elmwood School Press Release May 15th 2023

Exciting news: there has been an important milestone in the Elmwood Replacement Project process.

On April 26, 2023, the Elmwood School Replacement Project was approved by the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) Board of Directors to proceed from the “Feasibility” phase into “Schematic Design.” The plan is to replace the existing Elmwood Elementary School with a new facility serving grades 2-4 on a site referred to as the Hayden Rowe Street Site. Essentially this site shares a border with the Marathon School, which is land the town already owns.

Town Election, Explore the Trails and Hiller Sports.. On May 17th HCAM News!
