Hopkinton Education Foundation Casino Night

Join the Hopkinton Education Foundation for Casino Night – this Saturday, March 8th!

The Hopkinton Education Foundation cordially invites everyone to its 2nd Annual Casino Cocktail Night, scheduled for this Saturday, March 8th, at the Warren Conference Center in Ashland, from 8pm to midnight.

The evening will feature gaming, dining and dancing, as well as an interactive online auction, all to raise awareness and support for the Education Foundation’s grant program, designed to foster innovation in the Hopkinton school system.

Hiller Cheerleaders Head to States

"Here we go…. It’s off to States this coming Sunday in Fiskdale Ma. The Hopkinton Cheerleaders won that opportunity with a very strong routine, placing second in the South Regional Cheerleading Competition. The final results were very close… The Hiller Cheerleaders missing first place by less than two points. From the start to the very end they put their all into their performance. The competition , at this level, is intense and the bar is set high… well they met the challenge with one of the best performances of the season.

Hopkinton Middle School Locked Down by Police

At approximately 8:00 a.m. this morning, Hopkinton Middle School was placed into lock-down mode. Within minutes, staff, assisted by the Hopkinton Police Department, secured the building.

The concern was quickly identified as non-threatening. We were able to resume the normal school day by 8:30 a.m.

Just as a reminder, all exterior doors are locked daily at 7:30 a.m. If parents or guardians need to access the school, please use the main entrance by the tennis courts/flag pole, and the front office staff will provide access to the Middle School building.

Good Day To Be A Hiller!

Saturday was full of playoff action and the Hillers placed very well.

The Wrestling Team captured the Division 2 Central Sectional Championship! Congrats to Coach Nelson and his Awesome Team!

The Hiller Girls Swim and Dive team as they placed 6th in the Div. 1 State Finals.

The Hiller Cheerleaders performed a 1st place finish and Grand Champs at the Medway Tri Valley League's Invitational!

Keefe Tech Parent Info Night

On Thursday, February 27, at 6:00 p.m., Keefe Technical High School will be holding a Parent Information Night for parents of 7th and 8th grade students. A presentation will be given in the East Side Room Restaurant followed by a school tour. Please contact Keefe Tech at 508-416-2270 with any further questions.

Current weather forecasts predict that Hopkinton will be experiencing a winter storm tomorrow, Thursday, February 13th morning hours of Friday, February 14th that the snow will begin between 7AM and 8AM on Thursday, forecasters are still not offering a clear prediction of when (and if) the snow will turn to rain. As I am sure you understand, this uncertainty poses several challenges when making school cancellation/delay/early dismissal decisions.

2014 Cheer Clinic

Come learn jumps, gymnastics, stunts, dance & cheers from the Hiller Competitive Cheer Team! They will be hosting a CHEERLEADING CLINIC for all future cheerleaders, K thru 8th grade on Wednesday, February 19th, at the Faith Community Church Gym (146 E Main St, Hopkinton)
The cost is $40.
