Keefe Tech Awarded State Grant to Roll Out New Dental Assisting Program

Keefe Regional Technical School is pleased to announce that they have been awarded a Massachusetts Workforce Skills Capital Grant of nearly $400,000 for the purpose of adding a new Dental Assisting Program to their career and technical offerings for the 2017-2018 school year.

Wednesday, March 8th was International women's day. The global day is to celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. At Hopkinton high School student and staff participants each wrote on a banner who the most influential women is to them. Hopkinton Senior Sinayha Karthakeeyan started the banner effort at Hopkinton High School. View the news segment below.

Hopkins 5th Grade Talent Show 3/31 7-9pm at Hopkinton Middle School

The Hopkins 5th grade talent show will be held Friday March 31 from 7:00pm-9:00pm at the middle school. This years proceeds will directly benefit Hopkins school for new enrichment programs and activities. Doors open 6:30pm. Tickets are $5.00 available at the door.

Fifth graders have been working hard since January preparing a variety of acts. This year we welcome over 70 amazing performers and over 20 fifth graders working behind the scenes to help raise money for their school.

HHS Drama Ensemble presents "Enchanted April"

In post WWI Britain, disenchanted housewives Rose Arnott and Lottie Wilkins decide to take a break from their respective spouses. They answer an advertisement in the paper and rent a castle in Italy for a quiet holiday. Joining the ladies are Lady Caroline Dester, a young socialite, and crotchety Mrs. Clayton Graves, an older aristocrat. Liberated from their daily routines, the four women ease into life in rural Italy, and each finds herself transformed by the experience.

Keefe Tech Students Win 36 Medals At District Skills USA Conference

FRAMINGHAM, MA – Keefe Regional Technical School students won a record total of 36 medals during the District SkillsUSA Conference, which was also hosted by Keefe Regional Technical School on Tuesday, February 28, 2017.

Some of the many Brilliant minds of Hopkinton High School showed off some of their work at the annual Science & Engineering fair. This year 28 projects were on display and the 12 winning projects got the chance to qualify for the regional science & engineering fair on March 10th. The contest featured 16 judges and the fair was sponsored by the Hopkinton Parent Teacher Association, Bose Corporation and Perkins Elmer.

Alexander "Sasha" Fomin of Hopkinton Middle School has been notified by the National Geographic Society that he is one of the semifinalists eligible to compete in the 2017 Massachusetts National Geographic State Bee. The contest will be held at Elms College in Chicopee on Friday, March 31, 2017.

Blackstone Valley Wealth Management Announces 2nd Annual Hopkinton High School Scholarship

Blackstone Valley Wealth Management is pleased to announce the offering of a $1,000 scholarship to be given to a Hopkinton High School student graduation this spring. To be eligible for the Blackstone Valley Wealth Management Annual Scholarship, the student must be:
• Currently a senior at Hopkinton High School, graduating in 2017.
• Planning to pursue a higher education at a college or university immediately after high school
• A child in a single-parent home who can display financial need.
