Hillers Sports Update 1-4-2017

- Hillers Boys Varsity Basketball squared off with Holliston in the HHS Athletic Center. Holliston (5-0) defeated Hopkinton (2-4) 53-42. Austin Odell led the Hillers with 11 points.

- Hillers Girls Basketball captured a road win versus Holliston 70-36. Mikayla Pucci, Ivy Gogolin and Julia Canestrari all posted double-doubles in the victory. The Hillers Girls are now 4-2 on the season while Holliston is 1-5.

-Hillers picked up at 95-88 co-ed swimming victory over Holliston/Medway. Boys & Girls Hillers Swimming is now 7-0 on the season.

Hillers Sports Update 12-23-2016

-On Thursday (12/22) Hopkinton Hillers Girls Basketball defeated Norton at Home 64-37. The Hillers improved to 3 and 1 on the season while Norton fell to 0 and 3. Ivy Gogolin racked up a double-double scoring 11 points and racking up 10 rebounds. Mikayla Pucci also doubled up scoring 13 and pulling down 10 rebounds. The Hillers girls next play Wednesday (12/28) on the road versus Coyle & Cassidy.

Hillers Sports Updates 12-22-2016

- Hopkinton Hillers Boys Hockey defeated Holliston 4-2. The Hillers scored 3 goals in the 1st period. JH Vokey scored with 14:04 left assisted by Owen Delaney and Matt Lindquist. Hunter Temple scored 24 seconds later with 13:40 left assisted by Tommy Hamblet and JH Vokey and Will Pickens scored with 6:51 left assisted by Jack Sloan. Hillers led 3-0 heading into the 2nd period but Holliston scored 2 quick goals of their own in the period at 9:01 and 4:30 left to cut the lead to 3-2.

Hillers Sports Update 12-21-2016

- On Tuesday (12/20) Hopkinton Hillers Boys Basketball fell to 2-1 on the season as they lost to Medfield (2-0) on the road 54-31.

- On Tuesday (12/20) Hopkinton Hillers Girls Basketball hosted Medfield and went down to the wire. Medfield took the back and forth contest 49-46. The Hillers girls are now 2-1 on the season, Medfield is 3-0.

-On Tuesday (12/20) Hillers Boys and Girls Swimming both improved to 3 and 0 on the season with wins over Westwood!

Hopkinton Hillers Varsity Hockey 2016-2017 Home opener. They welcomed in the Division 2 State Champion Medfield Warriors. 1st period, Jack Sloan on the quick break, left it in a perfect place, Dj sloan got the last touch but a beauty of an assist by Jack Sloan made it 1-0 Hillers. The goal came with 5:57 left in the 1st period. Just over a minute and a half later Steven Simoes knocks it in to give the Hillers a 2-0 lead. That goal came with 4:22 left, 1 minute and 35 seconds after the first goal.

Hillers Sports Update 12-14-2016

- On Tuesday (12/13) Hillers Boys Basketball started off the season with a thrilling overtime win in Ashland. Hopkinton got the 66-63 victory. Senior, Kyle Rector came up big in the final minutes and scored 18 points overall.

- Hillers Girls Basketball took game 1 of the Girls/Boys doubleheader in Ashland 71-43. Ivy Gogolin led the team with 24 points and 14 rebounds.

Hillers Sports Update December 12th, 2016

-Hopkinton Hillers Boys Varsity Hockey opened up the season on the road versus Dover-Sherborn last Saturday (12/10) with a 3-1 win. The Hillers next play Wednesday (12/14). It will be the Hillers home opener at Navin Arena in Marlborough versus Medfield.

-Dover-Sherborn and Hopkinton Girls Hockey Co-op team lost to Oakmont in their season opener Saturday 6-1. Maddy Pawela had the only Dover-Sherborn/Hopkinton goal.
