Video: Hillers Baseball vs Milton in D2 South Quarterfinals

On Monday, 1st seeded Hiller Baseball hosted 9th seeded Milton in the D2 South Quarterfinals. In the bottom of the 1st the Hillers plated 4 runs courtesy of a 2 RBI single by Conor Kelly followed by a 2 run HR by Brendan Kelly. Ronnie Shamus added another Hiller run in the bottom of the 3rd with an RBI single. Milton plated 2 runs in the top of the 6th but the Hillers followed up with a 7 run explosion in the bottom of the inning and took the game by a final of 12 to 3. On Thursday, Hopkinton Hillers Softball took a 13-0 5 inning Mercy rule victory over Milton in the Preliminary round to advance to the 1st round versus 4th seeded Plymouth North. The Hillers will next play at Plymouth North HS on Saturday June 8th at 4pm.

Hillers Catcher, Jillian Ceddia slammed a 3 run homer in the bottom of the 5th to put the Mercy rule into affect. View highlights and interviews with Jillian and Julianna Ceddia as well as Head Coach, Shannon Allberry below.

Hopkinton Hillers Sports Update 6-6-2019

-1st seeded Hopkinton Hillers Baseball had a bye in the first round and will host #9 Milton on Monday June 10th at 4pm.

-13th seeded Hiller Softball defeated 20th seeded Milton 13 to 0 in a mercy-rule 5 inning win and will next play Saturday June 8th, 4pm at #4 Plymouth North.

-#7 Hopkinton Girls Lacrosse lost in a close one versus #2 Franklin in Franklin 11 to 9. Hillers end their season 13 and 7.

-#3 Hopkinton Boys Lacrosse took down #6 Wayland Thursday, 21-13 and will be at #2 Concord Carlisle on Monday June 10th at 5pm.

Video: Hillers Girls Tennis Take Win in 1st Round of Playoffs

The 4th seeded Hopkinton Hillers Girls Tennis team swept through all five matches versus 13th seeded Bridgewater-Raynham for the 5-0 win and to advance on in the South Division 1 Sectional playoffs. The Hillers are next scheduled to host 5th seeded King Philip this Thursday at 4pm (subject to change if there's rain). HCAM news caught up with Maya Storm, Kate Lagasse and Riley Krattenmaker as well as 3rd year Head Coach, Lyn Calkins.

-Hillers Girls Lacrosse defeated Bishop Feehan on Monday by a final score of 12 to 8 and advances on to battle 2nd seeded Franklin (19-2). The game will take place Thursday 4pm at Franklin High School.

-Hopkinton Hillers Boys Tennis finished the season with 16 wins and 1 loss and captured the 1st seed in the South Division 2 bracket. The Hillers will host the winner of Bishop Feehan and Catholic Memorial on Wednesday, June 5th at 4pm.

-Hopkinton Hillers Girls Tennis finished the season with 15 wins and 2 losses and captured the 4th seed in the South Division 1 bracket. The Hillers will host #13 Bridgewater-Raynham (9-6) on Tuesday, June 4th at 4pm.

Boys Lacrosse: Hopkinton Defeats Dedham - Senior, Andrew Palleiko reached 1000 career face-off wins as the Hillers took down Dedham 17 to 6. Playoff bound Hopkinton is now 11 and 5 on the season, Dedham falls to 5 and 12. View Senior Night photos at our Scene in Hopkinton.

Ashland Legion Baseball Returns for 6th Season on HCAM and WACA

For the 6th season, HCAM in Hopkinton and WACA TV in Ashland will air broadcasts of Ashland Legion Baseball Post 77 home games and a few road games! HCAT TV in Holliston will also air the games this season. All home games will be played at Ashland Middle School.
