AFC Championship Preview

vinaik's picture

This is it folks, one game away from the Super Bowl! This AFC Championship will be the New England Patriots vs Denver Broncos at 3:05 pm on Sunday in Denver. Whoever wins this game will head to Santa Clara, California to play either the Carolina Panthers or Arizona Cardinals in the Super Bowl. The Patriots are a 3 point favorite in this matchup against the Broncos, but that is not a positive in my opinion. This is a game where everyone is saying that Patriots will win and the Broncos are not being given any respect.

Hiller Hockey Big Win!

The Hillers pulled off a huge upset over Division 2 State Champion, Westwood last night 2-1 at the Boch center in Dedham. After being done 1-0 heading into the 3d. Hopkinton uped their game and scored 2 goals in the final stanza to take the Tri-Valley tilt. The line of Cam Finlayson, Will Abbott and Stephen Simoes accounted for all the scoring. Finalyson and Abbott had a goal and assist each and Simoes had a helper on the game winner with just over 5 minutes to play. Dylan O'leary made 32 saves on the night as the Hillers moved to 8-2 on the season.

Patriots vs Chiefs Preview

vinaik's picture

This is going to be a game for the ages! The Patriots and Chiefs will square off against each other at Gillette Stadium at 4:35 pm on Saturday. The Chiefs are coming off an impressive win against the Texans. The game was over on the first play of the game with a kickoff returned for a touchdown by Kansas City. Alex Smith has been playing light's out football for the past 3 months. However, the Chiefs defense is what has gotten them this far. The last time these two met met, KC's defense absolutely dominated against Tom Brady's scheme.
