Come learn jumps, gymnastics, stunts, dance & cheers from the Hiller Competitive Cheer Team! They will be hosting a CHEERLEADING CLINIC for all future cheerleaders, K thru 8th grade on Wednesday, February 19th, at the Faith Community Church Gym (146 E Main St, Hopkinton)

BOSTON ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCES DOCUMENTARY

BOSTON, MA – The Boston Athletic Association (B.A.A.) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with LA Roma Films, to produce “Boston” the first ever feature-length documentary film about the Boston Marathon - the world’s most legendary running race.

Directed by Jon Dunham, award winning filmmaker/marathoner of the critically acclaimed Spirit of the Marathon films, and produced by Academy Award™ nominee Megan Williams, the film is expected to be released in late 2015.

Hillers inching closer to the tourny

The Hillers put on a dominate performance last night, beating host Dover-Sherborn 5-0. Mike Messier had his first 2 goals of the season, after a recent return from injury, with the first coming on a great backhand move. Nick Aggerbeck added his second goal of the year, firing one home from the top of the circle. Brenden O'leary also added his second of the season and Senior Tom Motyka netted his first career varsity goal. Matt Decina, Alex Terry, Jake Leblanc, and Cam Finlayson all had assists.

BAA Launches Marathon App.

The Boston Athletic Association (B.A.A.), organizer of the Boston Marathon, today launched Boston Marathon World Run, a mobile application and website that connects runners from around the world with the 2014 Boston Marathon. In response to receiving an unprecedented amount of inquiries from runners seeking to participate in the 2014 Boston Marathon, the B.A.A. created a virtual experience in which all runners, regardless of ability or geography, could run a distance of their choosing and participate in the athletic spirit of the event.

5 TIME TVL CHAMPIONS!!!

The Hiller Swimming and Diving Team beat Ashland Thursday night to clinch its 5th straight TVL Championship!! Lead by captains Amanda Karpacz, Catherine Cote, Spencer Franklin, Ashley Windheuser, Samantha Schmman, this year's squad had some incredible meets leading up to the big meet on Thursday. The team now prepares for the TVL Conference meet to be held on February 2nd at 9:00 at Wheaton College, and then many swimmers and divers will be off to the post season to compete in the sectionals an states.

Hillers roll to their 4th win in a row

Powered by a hat trick from Alex Terry and goals by Cam Finlayson, Brendan O'Leary, and Nick Aggerbeck, Hopkinton defeated Northbridge 6-1 yesterday at Navin Arena. Billy Allen, Jordan Carroll, Tom Motyka, Robbie Cole and Brendon Anderson, all had assists. Danny Collins had another outstanding game allowing only one goal in the last three games. The Hillers had both a Power play goal by Terry and a shorthanded goal by Finlayson.

The Hillers posted their thrid win in a row with a vicotry over crosstown rivals, Ashland. With the win, the Hillers move above the .500 mark. Hopkinton got on the board early with a great rebound goal by Robbie Cole, who broke to the net and fired the puck by the Ashalnd goalie. Nick Aggerbeck and Alex Kosheff had the assists. Alex Kosheff scored the second goal, also on a nice drive to the net firing home the rebound shot. Alex Terry and Matt Decina had the assists.

Hillers pull out last minute win

The Varsity Hockey Team took on the Littleton-Bromfield squad last night at Navin. The action was end to end and both goalies came up big with several great saves, as the game went scoreless through the first two periods. It wasn't until 1:49 of the final period that the Hillers were able to break the ice. Jordan Carroll made a great play to stop the clearing pass on the boards and send it to Cam Finlayson, who was facing him just below the face off circle.

JV's Tie Hudson

The JV hockey team battled back to tie Hudson this afternoon 3-3 at Navin. Kyle Canty had 2 goals on the night including the game equalizer on a short handed breakaway. Tim Greizer had the second goal of the night assisted by Freeman Alfano and Kyle Schlicke. Jake Neary and Zack Rodgers split the goaltending duties.
