HCAM Presents "Hopkinton Hangouts Hour" weekdays 2 to 3pm!

HCAM presents the "Hopkinton Hangout Hour" the daily show will air on our YouTube page and on HCAM TV (Comcast Channel 8, Verizon Channel 30) daily starting this Wednesday (3/25) from 2 to 3pm. This daily hour-long show will typically have two thirty minute segments and the conversations will feature many various topics.

According to the DPW weather station, the highest temperature reached in Hopkinton Mar 16th-22nd was 66.8 degrees, the lowest was 23.3 degrees. Average temperature during the week in Hopkinton was 40.2 degrees. Humidity was at an average of 62%, the peak was 97% while the lowest was 19%. Rain accumulated 0.74 inches last week. Hopkinton Public Library Update 3-24-2020

Library staff continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and work with each other and Town officials to respond appropriately. In accordance with Governor Baker's emergency order on March 23, the library has stopped offering any services that require or encourage residents to leave their homes.

Massachusetts has been approved for federal disaster loan assistance from the Small Business Administration. The disaster declaration makes SBA assistance available in the entire state of Massachusetts; and the contiguous counties in neighboring states.

COVID-19 Scam Warning

The Hopkinton Police want to issue a warning of a COVID-19 Scam where individuals are going door to door claiming to test people for the virus. It is reported they are driving a white van and wearing Hazmat suits. While inside the houses taking fake vitals they are stealing items out in the open. Please be aware there are no organizations going door to door testing people. If you see these individuals please CALL THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY.
