Editorial: Endorsing Dawn Ronan for School Committee

Dawn Ronan is definitely a voice of the people and even more importantly, a voice for our youth. I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Dawn for almost three years. I have witnessed her passion for programming that helps develop leadership skills and foster community service with our youth of Hopkinton. I have seen her fight for access and inclusion for all of the families here in Hopkinton. She not only sees a need and does her best to fill it, she actively looks around town and asks, what is the need? Dawn is beyond hard working and selfless.

I am writing to express my support for Amy. I have known Amy for a few years and I found Amy to be a caring, compassionate and intelligent person who is willing to listen to all sides of an issue.

Her tireless involvement in the community, through the planning board and other committees shows that she is a person of service and integrity, who truly wants the best for Hopkinton.

I know she will serve on the Select Board with the same passion she exhibits. Please join me in voting for Amy Ritterbusch for the next Select Board member on June 29.

Dear Editor and fellow Hopkinton residents:

When it comes to establishing partisan division in our town, I ask you to NOT let “It all start here”.

I’m an “Unenrolled” voter (aka – Independent) and I’ve supported both blue and red candidates over the last decade and beyond. If anyone cares, I did not support the current administration in the last Presidential election.
