Hopkinton Hiller Athletics announced 2 new Hopkinton Hillers Varsity Head Coaches. Both coaches are very familiar faces to Hopkinton Athletics; 2008 Hopkinton High School graduate and last years JV Volleyball Head Coach and also currently an assistant Softball & JV Wrestling Coach, Jessie Karner will take over as Varsity Girls Volleyball Head Coach. 2017 HHS graduate Mikayla Pucci who has been an assistant Hiller Basketball Coach for the last 5 seasons takes over as Varsity Girls Basketball Head Coach.

Mikayla is a Class of ‘17 HHS Graduate who was been a coach in the girls hoops program for the past 5 seasons. Coach Pucci also coaches Girls Volleyball and Track and Field at HHS and teaches in the Math department!”
Emma Sweetapple served as Hiller Varsity Girls Volleyball Head Coach since 2022 and has been with the program for the last 12 years. Last fall, Coach Sweetapple led the team to a 12 and 9 record and a State Tournament appearance.
Mike Greco served as Head Coach of the Hiller Girls Varsity Basketball team for the previous 11 seasons and has been with the athletic program for 23 years. Head Coach Mike Greco led the Varsity Girls Basketball team to a 14 and 7 record and State Tournament appearance this past winter.
Newly named Head Coaches Jessie Karner & Mikayla Pucci will have big shoes to fill with their new roles but both Jessie & Mikayla bring outstanding experience and like Coach Greco & Coach Sweetapple, are very well liked & respected by the Hopkinton athletes & community and have the background and skills needed to continue the winning tradition of both programs. Congratulations Jessie & Mikayla and we look forward to seeing you next season!
