Grant will be used for the completion of Baypath’s new animal care and adoption center, helping fund
the final phase of this transformational capital project.
Baypath Humane Society of Hopkinton today announced it received a $75,000 grant awarded by the Middlesex Savings Charitable Foundation. The support will allow Baypath Humane Society to complete its new animal care and adoption center, creating a modern facility that expands lifesaving capacity, enhances animal care, and advances Baypath’s lifesaving mission for generations to come.
The new 8,200-square-foot center, currently under construction on Fruit Street in Hopkinton, represents the largest investment in Baypath’s nearly 50-year history. Designed specifically for modern animal welfare, the facility will provide expanded medical and behavioral care space, improved housing for dogs and cats, dedicated education and volunteer areas, and welcoming adoption spaces that better serve both animals and people. Once complete, the center will allow Baypath to serve more than 1,500 animals annually while expanding outreach, education, and surrender-prevention programs throughout the region.
