Please
be advised that the water department will be flushing the hydrant on
Woodland Road on Tuesday November 10th,
starting at approximately 8:30 AM. Due to the scouring of the
minerals on the inside of the pipe, you may notice some
discoloration during and after the flushing. This may affect most of
East Main and adjacent side streets. Please avoid doing any
laundry, dishwasher loads or other water use activities, during this
time. Any discoloration that may occur will eventually dissipate.
You may need to run the water in your home for a short period of
time to flush your internal pipes once the hydrant flushing is
complete.
