Arts Center Gala returns November 3

By contributor,

Mark your calendars for a night of great food, cocktails, music and dancing -- all close to home -- when the Hopkinton Center for the Arts hosts its annual gala on Saturday, November 3, from 7 to 11 p.m. at the center at 98 Hayden Rowe Street.

This year’s gala theme is “First We Dream,” and the center will be decorated to evoke a dreamlike atmosphere. The evening’s fun will include sophisticated food; an open bar with wine, beer and signature cocktails; dancing to the music of J.P. and Friends; raffles and a live auction with the chance to bid on big prizes, including tickets to see Jeff Daniels in “To Kill a Mockingbird” on Broadway.

The HCA relies on its annual gala to help offset its operating costs and to continue to serve more than 12,000 children, teens and adults who take classes or enjoy performances, exhibits and special events each year. Discounted tickets are available now for $100 per person; the price goes up to $125 per person starting October 28. The cost is far less than a comparable night in Boston – with no parking or long drives to worry about!

Don’t miss the chance to party with your friends and to support a great cause. Tickets are on sale now through www.hopartscenter.org/content/hca-gala-2018.
