The next meeting of the Board of Selectmen is scheduled for Tuesday, April 3. Beginning at 6:30PM in Room 215 at Town Hall, the board will discuss, among other items, the maintenance needs of the Lake Maspenock Dam, possible ballot questions for the upcoming May Town Election and the town's right of first refusal for the Terry property.
Yyou can now access the agenda and meeting packet for tomorrow night's meeting on the town website.
To use, simply select a meeting date under "Search Meeting Packets" and click-on "Search" directly below. Your results will open in a new tab
or window. On the results page, you may view any agenda item in your browser by clicking on the adobe symbol under the view column.
You may also download any individual agenda item to your hard drive by clicking on the green arrow under the Save Column.
To download the entire packet to your hard drive, use the "Download Results" link at bottom of the results page. This will download all results to your hard drive as a zipped folder. Once extracted, this folder contains all of the individual packet documents and an off-line index page.
For most windows users, you can extract a zip folder simply by right clicking and selecting "exact all". The index page is named "index.html" Simply double click to open an off-line index of the packet.
For most Mac users simply opening the folder will unzip it.
Please note you don't have to use the" Download Results" option, as packets will remain permanently available on line. The download results option simply allows users to work off-line if needed or annotate their own copy of packet items.
