The next three classes of St. Paul’s Introduction to Islam for Christians will address the most contentious issue in America regarding Islam: Sharia Law. During the classes being held October 8, 15, and 22, Mona Ives of the Worcester Islamic Center will answer the questions: What is Sharia Law? How does it relate to US civil and criminal law? Is Islam a violent religion, requiring military conquest to spread its message? The classes will be held at St. Paul’s parish hall at 11:30 a.m., and are free and open to the public. St. Paul’s is located at 61 Wood Street (Rte. 135) in Hopkinton, MA.
