We are pleased to announce that Hopkinton Town Hall reopened to the public as of, Monday August 10th. Appointments are required, and details are provided in the updates section below. All town departments are open for business. Many transactions can be completed online, and we are available via phone and email to assist during regular business hours. A full Town Directory can be found here. A box at the front door of Town Hall may be used to drop off correspondence, applications, etc., and they may also be mailed or emailed.

MassSupport: MassSupport is the Massachusetts Crisis Counseling Program funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and managed in partnership between the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health and Riverside Trauma Center, a program of Riverside Community Care. Hopkinton Public Library Reopening: The library building reopened to the public on a pilot basis on Friday, September 18.
● We are open for quick browsing from 1-4 pm on weekdays.
● Limited numbers of people will be allowed in the building at one time. Solo browsing is encouraged.
● Enter only at Church Street. The door will be locked; please wait for a staff member to admit you to the building.
● A mask covering the nose and mouth is required at all times while in the library.
Hours and services will be expanded in the coming weeks.

All returns should still be placed in the exterior book drop at the Church Street entrance. The library will continue to provide a full range of curbside pickup offerings, including Destination Passes, "quick picks", and printing pickup, from 10-4:30 on weekdays. We encourage patrons to schedule curbside pickup online (except printing, for which you must call the library). Hopkinton Youth and Family Services: We would like any resident seeking the INTERFACE Referral Service for connection to outpatient behavioral health care to temporarily use their second line 617-332-3666 to reach them. The toll free number is experiencing technical problems and until it is resolved the local number should be used. Means-tested senior (tax) exemption program - NEW UPDATE
The deadline to submit the application for the Hopkinton Means Tested Senior Exemption is typically August 31st. Since some individuals may not have filed their State Tax Return yet (and the CB form that is a requirement for this exemption) we have extended the filing deadline this year to September 30, 2020 for the Means Tested Senior Exemption application.
