Tonight, January 20th, at 6:30 p.m., the Elementary School Building Committee meets at HCAM studios for their monthly meeting. Their main topic of the night will be the evaluation of the site plan matrix, aimed at comparing each of the proposed sites. They will also discuss the enrollment and education plan task force's progress, and make final preparations for their second forum on the 24th.
This is the last meeting before the ESBC's public forum on Saturday, January 24th, to be held at the middle school from 9:00-10:30 a.m. The ESBC eagerly seeks the community's input on these sites, as in the weeks following the workshop, the Elementary School Building Committee will begin narrowing the options. Public opinion is critical to ensure a successful vote at town meeting.
To participate, the Elementary School Building Committee encourages anyone with questions or comments to come to their meeting tonight or their forum on Saturday morning.
