Enter Stage Left Theater will be presenting The Wizard of Oz on January 14 at 7:00 p.m.; January 15 at 2:00 and 7:00 p.m.; and on January 16 at 2:00 p.m. All performances will be at the Hopkinton Middle School. This family classic, which is directed by Mary Scarlata-Rowe, will be performed by a cast of 115 children ranging in age from 4th to 8th grade. Tickets are $12 ($10 for children 12 and under) and will be available at the door or at www.enterstagelefttheater.org.
“This version is very close to the movie, and will feature a live pit for the first time with this particular production and lots of great costumes and a colorful set,” said Kelly Grill, co-founder of ESL. “The music makes you feel like a kid again!”
