On behalf of the Hopkinton Center for the Arts, we’d like to thank everyone who helped make our November 4 fundraiser, “The Starry Night,” such a success. Because of the support from residents and businesses from Hopkinton and nearby, and the efforts of our volunteers who planned the gala, we were able to raise more than $55,000 that night. This will help us greatly in our mission to bring affordable and free classes, concerts, exhibits and performances to people of all ages. Our Starry Night committee sold tickets, collected prizes for the raffle and auction, and transformed our performance center into a beautiful starlit scene. More than 200 people came out for this festive evening.

We also wanted to highlight the local businesses and individuals who made The Starry Night possible by donating food and drink, raffle prizes and auction items. Our sponsors included Merrill Lynch/The Atwood Group (Premiere Sponsors), Gorman Richardson Lewis Architects, Atlas Wealth Strategies, Blackstone Valley Wealth Management, International District Energy Association, Marty’s Fine Wines, Oasis Financial Services, Phipps Insurance Agency, Unibank, Conn Kavanaugh Rosenthal Peisch & Ford LLP, Hopkinton Drug, Middlesex Savings Bank, Scott’s Landscaping Inc., Start Line Brewing Company, Rockland Trust, Webster First Federal Credit Union and Weston Nurseries. Gift and vendor donations came from Angel’s Café/Red Barn Coffee, Art & Frame Emporium, Arturo’s Ristorante, Beauty Zone Nails and Spa, Bill’s Pizza, Boston Ski & Tennis, Cabinet Gallery, Chef’s Kitchen on Main, Connie Wright, Diane Komodromos, Fitness Together Westborough, Hopkinton Wine & Spirits, Keith MacLelland, Liv Salon and Color Studio, Maura and Kevin Shea, Michael Alfano, Outpost Farm, Pretty SmART Cookies, Razor’s Edge, Red Rock Grill and Bar, Release Well-Being Center, Richard Denzer, Sapporo Korean BBQ & Sushi, Sarah Alexander, Snappy dogs, Stephanie G Jewelers, Sunnyside Café & Catering Co., Sunnyside Gardens, Swoon Central, Tatnuck Bookseller and Café, Tavolino Restaurant, The Vin Bin, Tom Sloan Photography, Trader Joe’s, Water Fresh Farm and Wegmans.

Thank you all for believing in the HCA and the power of the arts.
