If you crave cool summertime musical fun, now there's HELP!

New England's premiere Beatles tribute band HELP!is coming to Hopkinton on Sunday, August 7, as part of the free Concerts on the Common series. The show starts at 5PM and runs until 7:30PM. And yes, we would like you to dance!

What makes babies bounce and clay to "Yellow Submarine" or "Twist & Shout"? Whatever is is, that same magic revs up their older siblings and their parents and grandparents too. The whole family grooves to the great sound of the Beatles.

Some things just keep getting better, like the Beatles' hit - and HEL!, the region's longest-running band best (at least according to their mums) Beatles tribute band. For more than 20 years, HELP! has been delighting all ages at nightspots, festivals and town concerts throughout New England and beyond.

HELP!'s lineup includes Mike Rolla of Maynardon bass and Marc Hertzberg of Sudbury on keyboards and guitar, Chris Hylander of Waltham on drums and Mark Poulin of Amesbury on guitar.

Each musician performs songs associated with on eof hte Fab Four, including some intriguing and seldom heard archival and novelty material for a glimpse into the history of Britain's most famous band. Sets change regularly, dipping into the huge Beatles catalog and even som eof the later, solo music.

HELP! plays it all live (without recordings), for a faithful reproduction that captures the sound and the enthusiasm - and those amazing harmonies - that rocked the 1960s. Through a unique combinatio of authentic vintage equipment and modern electronics, HELP! brings to life many hits the Beatles themselves performed only in the studio.

The fans, from toddlers to grandparents, as they dance, sing along, sway and shout, are as much a part of the scene as the guys on stage. HELP! really loves this music and this audience and it shows.

So, if you looking for a good time this weekend, stop by the Town Common to sing along with HELP!
