The boys Varsity Hockey team opened the season with a 5-0 shut out over Assabet. Cam Finlayson, Brady Farley and Brandon Carty all scored their first varsity goals and Sean Bloomer added two of his own. Jordan Carroll had 3 outstanding assists and Carty, Johnson and Kinzler all had helpers.
Danny Collins was solid in net stopping all 12 shots he faced. The Hillers carried the play for most of the game and had 27 shots on net. The penalty kill was a perfect 3 for 3.
Next up the Hillers take on Tri-Valley league opponent Bellingham Saturday Afternoon at 1PM @ Navin Arena.
