Hiller Scores for Tuesday

On Monday, the Hiller Field Hockey team loss to The Blue Raiders in Hopedale 5-2, Hiller Frosh Maggie Dolan scored both of Hopkinton's goals. The Hillers go to Holliston on Wednesday to play the Panthers at 330pm.

Today at the High School Athletic Fields, Soccer hosted Dover-Sherborn. The Hiller Girls team tied The Raiders 1-1, with Rachel Calkins tallying the Hiller goal. The Boys Soccer team loss 1-0. Both teams play Medfield on Wednesday with the Boys Hosting the Warriors at 330pm and the Girls busing it to Medfield for 530pm.

The Hiller Volleyball team loss in 3 straight sets to the Red Raiders in Barnstable. The Lady Hillers travel for a big TVL showdown Friday at Medfield at 630pm.

The Hiller Varsity Golf Team improved their record to 2-0 today with a very surprising and convincing victory over undefeated Holliston by a score of 235- 267. The Hiller record is now 2-0 and Holliston drops to a 2-1 record. The Hiller scorers for today were as follows:

"We have a very good team and we're coming off an undefeated 18 - 0 season from last year." said Coach Dick Bliss, "Jimmy Hervol is our Captain of this year's team. He's been a Co- Capt. for the team the last two years. He'll be attending the UCONN after this season on a golf scholarship."

On Thursday, Hiller Golf plays again. The Varsity will travel with 8 players to play Medfield at Ponkapoag. The Sub Varsity will travel with 8 players to Westwood.

On Wednesday, Boys and Girls Cross Country teams will travel to Holliston for a Meet at 330pm.

Friday Night Lights will have the Hillers hosting their home opener against the Wayland Warriors, 700pm at David Hughes Stadium.
