The Hillers posted their thrid win in a row with a vicotry over crosstown rivals, Ashland. With the win, the Hillers move above the .500 mark. Hopkinton got on the board early with a great rebound goal by Robbie Cole, who broke to the net and fired the puck by the Ashalnd goalie. Nick Aggerbeck and Alex Kosheff had the assists. Alex Kosheff scored the second goal, also on a nice drive to the net firing home the rebound shot. Alex Terry and Matt Decina had the assists. Soon after, Brendon Anderson finished off the scoring with a blast from outside the blue line that found the back of the net.

The second period started with the Hillers killing off two early penalties. There was a lot of back and forth action but the period was scoreless. In the third, the Hillers had the edge in zone time but Danny Collins had to make some great saves including a breakaway stop with 3 minutes to ago to preserve his second shut out in a row. Collins has only allowed one goal in the last 3 games.

Next up the Hillers take on Northbridge on Monday afternoon at 4PM in Navin.
