On the heels of yesterday's 4-1 victory over Westwood, the Lady Hillers had a huge win today at Dover-Sherborn 3-2. Coming into the match, D/S was in second place in the league with only one loss, which was to the Hillers in April. With today's win Hopkinton remains in first and undefeated (12-0 overall, 10-0 Tri Valley League), and D/S is now tied for 2nd with Medfield, who also has 2 losses. To wrap up a very exciting week on Thursday, the Lady Hillers host Medfield.

Winners against D/S today were #1 Singles player Olivia Anderson in a hard fought match 6-4, 7-5, and both Hopkinton doubles teams. At #2 Doubles, Sydney and Laney Emerson cruised 6-1, 6-0. D/S won at #2 & # 3 Singles, so with the match tied, #1 Doubles became the deciding point. After winning the first set 7-5, and dropping the 2nd set in a tiebreaker 6-7, partners Ameera Hammouda and Katie Schneider played flawless tennis in the 3rd set trouncing their opponents 6-0 to give the Hillers the victory.
