Article 39: Sign Bylaw - Passed
-Only allows for signs on first floor of building.
-Current signs that violate by-law of Article, Grandfathered in.

Article 40: Public Consumption of Tetrahydrocannabinol - Passed
$100 fine rather than $300

Article 41: Minutes of Public Bodies - Passed
- All boards, committees, Commisions of the town shall approve minutes of their open session or meetings within 40 calendar days of meeting.
- Board or Committee must provide Town Clerk open session minutes within 10 days.
- No penalty for not complying.
- Connie Wright makes Amendment - All boards should disclose their session minutes in the following meeting. - Amendment fails call vote

Article 42: Departmental Revolving Funds - Passed

Article 43: Posting of Warrant - Passed

Article 44: Town Meeting Quorum - Amended Article Passed
-Presence of 75 voters of the town shall be required to constitute a quorum for the transaction of any business at any town meeting.
-Current policy requires 100 voters or more for financial articles.
-Amendment by Darlene Hayes: 1% of registered voters in town rather than 75. - Standing Vote: Amendment Passed

Article 45: Alcohol Sales at Town Facilities - Passed
-Board of Selectmen authorize 3 events a year which alcohol can be consumed on public land with limits regarding parks, playgrounds and schools.
-Events can be hosted by non-profit organizations only.
-Amended to authorize (Unspecified number) events alcohol can be consumed - Kathleen Culler - Passed
-Amedment to alcohol being changed to beer and wine by Clifford Kistner - Fails

Article 46: Kennels - Passed
-Instead of $25 for each offense, $50 for 1st offense, $200 for 2nd, $300 for 3rd and further offenses.

Article 47: Construction Waste or Debris Bylaw - Standing Vote - 78-48 Motion Passes
Costruction Debris on Property fines: 1st offense - $25/each day, 2nd offense - $50/each day, 3rd offense - $100/each day, 4th and further offense - $300/each day.

Article 48: Discharges to Storm Drain System - Passed
-Prevents threats to public water supplies.

Article 49: Driveway Standards - Passed
-No driveway permit sha be issued without the written approval of the Fire Development
-Only applies to newly constructed driveways, not renovation

Article 50: Unregistered Motor Vehicles - Standing Vote: Passed 87-33
- Increases fines from $20 for each offense to $25 (1st), $50 (2nd), $100 (3rd), $300 (4th).
