The Hopkinton Garden Club is pleased to announce its scholarship awards of $600 each to Maddie Juffras and Erik Fliegauf. Maddie and Erik are both Hopkinton residents and 2015 graduates of Hopkinton High School.
Maddie will be attending the University of New Hampshire majoring in Environmental Science. Greatly enjoying the outdoors, Maddie’s studies will focus on environmental protection. Erik is headed for Harvard University majoring in Urban Studies and Sustainability. His goal is to work as an urban planner, making cities more sustainable and vibrant places to live.
