Periods of drought appear to be getting longer and more intense. It is more important than ever to understand our most precious natural resource - water. Andi will explore the water shed in our area and discuss rain collection and utilization along with soil optimization. With this knowledge and these tools, we can assist our gardens to successfully get through droughts.

In 2001, Andi Ross founded It’s Natures Way. Andi has studied extensively in the fields of landscape design, horticulture and environmental studies. Her goal in her landscape design business is to capture the vision that best describes the union of her client with their spot in nature. “I want to help my clients to enhance their landscape in a way that creates a year-round retreat that is a feast for their eyes, music to their ears, provides the sweet aromas of the changing seasons and creates magic for their soul”. Adding education to her offerings allows Andi to share her enthusiasm, knowledge and down to earth, simple common sense with a larger audience.

This program will be held at Faith Community Church, Room 218, 146 E. Main Street in Hopkinton. Our club’s general meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. The speaker portion is at 7:30 p.m. and is free and open to the public. New members are welcome any time during our club year.
