Hopkinton Hillers Sports Update September 13th

-The Medfield Warriors Girls Varsity Soccer team remained undefeated as they picked up a road win against the Hopkinton Hillers 2-0. The game was a defensive battle and a goal was not scored until late in the 2nd half. Both goals in the game were scored by Juniors, Margaret Hurley scored the first Medfield goal followed by a Taylor Sherman goal a few minutes later.

Medfield won their first game of the season against Millis 7-0 followed by a 6-0 win over Norton. Medfield who is 3-0 on the season has outscored their 3 opponents so far by a total of 15-0. The Warriors next play 6:30pm Thursday (9/15) against Dover-Sherborn (1-1-1) on the road. The Hillers who fell to (0-2-1) on the season take on Norton at home on Thursday at 3:30pm.

- Hopkinton Hillers Boys Soccer improved to (2-1) on the season with a 2-1 win over Medfield. The Warriors fell to 0-2-1. The Hillers boys next play Thursday at Norton 3:30pm.

- Westwood Boys Cross country improved to 2-0 defeating Hopkinton (1-1) 19-41. Hillers next Cross-Country meet is 3pm Wednesday (9/21) at Norton.

- Hillers Girls Cross Country (2-0) defeated Westwood (1-1) 22-37. Hillers next Cross-Country meet is 3pm Wednesday (9/21) at Norton.

- Hillers Golf improved to (4-1) taking down Holliston (3-3) 232-260. Hillers golf next plays Monday (Sept 19th) 3pm at Medway.

- Hillers Volleyball improved to (3-1) with a shutout 3-0 victory over Holliston (0-1). Hillers Volleyball next plays Friday 6:30pm at Bellingham.
