The freezing weather is here which means the new Hopkinton High School Outdoor Rink will open for Skating. The Rink is due to open Tuesday January 6th for the first time this season and with freezing temperatures on the way, it should mean the rink will be open a good portion of the coming weeks. As long as the temperatures stay cold, the rink will stay open. Hopkinton Fire, Water Department, DPW, and Buildings and Grounds all took park in the project to bring the outdoor skating rink to Hopkinton.
The Parks and Recreation Departments asks that you please stay off the rink until it is completely frozen.
