Hopkinton Planning Board Meeting on Monday January 22nd will Air Live on HCAM

On Monday January 22nd at 7pm, all the Planning Board meetings will start to be aired live on HCAM for the 1st time. You can view the meetings live on HCAM tv (Comcast: Channel 8, Verizon: Channel 30) or online at www.hcam.tv/live. 7:30 Public Hearings - Chamberlain Street/Whalen Road - Definitive Subdivision Flexible Community Development/Scenic Road - REC Hopkinton LLC Proposed 32-lot single family subdivision between Chamberlain Street and Whalen Road and payment-in-lieu of three affordable housing units and the removal of one 6” quadruple maple, four 8” maples, one 10” double maple, two 12” maples, one 16” maple, one 16” double maple, one 18” maple, one 28” maple, two 24” maples, one 30” maple, one 6” oak, one 8” oak, one 24” oak, and one 8” pine along the unimproved section of Chamberlain Street, as well as one 12” maple and two 12” double maples between #47 and the end of the improved section of Chamberlain Street, for road improvements in connection with the construction of said subdivision.
