Hopkinton continues to explore options for ways to best serve our residents during this unique time.
The Hopkinton Principal Planner will be open for a virtual “office hours” drop-in on Tuesday 5/12/2020 from 4pm - 6pm. During this time, you may click the link or dial the phone number below, and be placed in line to discuss or review an item, or conduct business with the Town Planner’s Office as you would normally be able to do in-person at Town Hall.
Hopkinton will be utilizing the Zoom video-conferencing platform to offer this service. When you join, you will be placed in a waiting room. When it is your turn, you will be admitted. Only one transaction (person) will be allowed at a time; and so depending on the number of people waiting before you, we cannot guarantee how long you may be waiting. Please note that conversations may be brief based on the number of people in the waiting room.
