The Town of Hopkinton’s Senior Center seeks a Substitute (12 - 19 hours) Van Driver.
Under the general supervision of the Senior Services Director, the position performs van
transportation services for our wonderful seniors, assists with loading packages onto and off of
vehicle, keeps relevant records, maintains the vehicles and reports vehicle maintenance.
Attendance of mandated classes is required.
Qualifications - Applicants must meet the following to be considered qualified for this position:
● High School Equivalency
● Valid Massachusetts driver’s license
● Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle in accordance with Massachusetts regulations
● Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other staff and
provide exceptional customer service to the public
● Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
● CPR certification within six (6) months of hire.
● Up to one year of applicable experience is Preferred.
Pay Range: $17.00 – $22.50 per hour depending on qualifications.
