The agenda for the Monday, April 4th meeting of the Planning Board has been posted and includes, among other things, a public hearing and Site Plan Review of the Southwest Village at Legacy Farms, a proposed 240-unit apartment complex off Legacy Farms Road South. The hearing will be held jointly with the Conservation Commission in Room 215 at Town Hall beginning at 7PM.

Also on the agenda is a review of site plan modifications to the plans for Hillers Cleaners, discussion of the 2012 Master Plan, and a public hearing on Bridle Path, a proposed 6-lot subdivision off Ridge Road. The complete agenda is attached below.
