Marjorie Frances Langdon, 96, of Glover, Vermont passed away August 20, 2018. Born in Framingham on August 19, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Alice (O'Connor) Willard. She married Harry M. Langdon on June 17, 1944 in Washington, DC. He predeceased her in 1992.
Marjorie was a 1941 graduate of Framingham High School, where she was secretary of the class. In 1942, she entered the U.S. Navy and served her Country during WWII. Marjorie was a member of the American Legion in Ashland and a life member of St. John’s Church in Hopkinton. She was employed as an Accounts Payable Clerk for Waters Associates in Milford for many years. Marjorie always had a positive attitude. She enjoyed baking, watching cooking shows on television, making crosses, doing a variety of arts and crafts, taking care of her plants, and visiting and helping people in any way she could.
She is survived by three children, Marjorie Johnson and her husband, Frank of Upton, Joanne Campbell and her husband, Stephen of Glover, VT. and Harry Langdon and his partner, Jolene Mason also of Glover. She also leaves behind 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, and her sister, Ruth Shamblin of Milford. She is predeceased by two sisters, Irene Burke and Lorraine Willard and her great-granddaughter, Brenna Johnson.
