Middlesex Sheriff’s Office to recognize graduates of 41st Basic Training Academy

Middlesex Sheriff Peter J. Koutoujian will welcome new Corrections Officers during a ceremony marking the graduation of the MSO’s 41st Basic Training Academy (BTA) on Friday, December 8, at Lowell Memorial Auditorium. The ceremony will begin at 10 a.m.
 
In order to graduate, recruits were required to complete 12 weeks of classroom, physical and on the job training at both the MSO Training Academy and the Middlesex Jail & House of Correction.
 
Lowell Police Superintendent William Taylor will provide the keynote address.
