Middlesex Sheriff's Office searching for individual who walked away from Electronic Monitoring Program

BILLERICA, Mass. – The Middlesex Sheriff’s Office (MSO) and local law enforcement are searching for Jason Anthony Alicea Pagan, 41, of Winthrop.

Pagan, who was in the MSO’s Electronic Monitoring Program (EMP), was not at his required locations on Monday, October 18, 2021. He is described as a 6-foot tall, 210-pound, male, with black hair and brown eyes.

Pagan is currently serving a sentence for assault and battery on a family or household member. He was set for release in June 2022.

Anyone with information regarding Pagan’s whereabouts is asked to contact the MSO at 978-667-1711 or their local police, and please do not approach.

BILLERICA, Mass. – Jason Anthony Alicea Pagan, 41, of Winthrop, was taken into custody this evening in Boston following a search by members of the Middlesex Sheriff’s Office (MSO) and Boston Police Department.

The search for Pagan, who was in the MSO’s Electronic Monitoring Program (EMP), began this morning – Monday, October 18 – after it was determined he was not at his required locations.

Pagan is currently serving a sentence for assault and battery on a family or household member. He was set for release in June 2022.
