MLK Day Programming.

The Hopkinton Youth & Family Services would like to invite and make you aware of MLK Day programming that may be of interest to you:

1. The Youth Commission is hosting a storytime and craft for kids on Monday, January 18th at 10am. This event will be a live reading of Magic Trash: A Story of Tyree Guyton and his Art along with live craft. Erin Graziano of Hopkinton will be reading the story and leading youth ages 5-12 in an art project of their own. 2. The Hopkinton Freedom Team in partnership with HYFS is hosting a talk on Unity by Hyppolite Ntigurirwa. This talk will be available for viewing anytime and will be featured as well in the Islamic Masumeen School program on Sunday 1/17(info attached below). This talk does contain some sensitive content related to a 7 year old child's witness and experience of the Rwandan genocide and viewing is that of personal discretion. If you have questions, please just reach out to me and ask.
