Cheryl Perreault and Anna Gammal show you how to "Balancing Body & Mind with Creative Writing".

For many years, Cheryl Perreault has the Mind as the focus of her work. Anna Gammal has dedicated her work focus on the Body.

In this workshop, they will share their stories and how the connection between their two different backgrounds is helping them to move forward with the best versions of themselves.

Now, Anna is experiencing her passion to write again and Cheryl is feeling her body healthier and stronger!

After this workshop, we want to make a positive impact in the understanding and
acceptance of each participant and bring creativity in alignment with mind and body for writing and other creative art and life practices!

About our guest features:

Cheryl Perreault, Ed.D has a background in psychology and is a writer and spoken- word artist who presently works in community arts and education. Cheryl has taught a number of college courses on life-span psychology in the Boston area. She has also worked as a hospice volunteer where she discovered the importance of life review practice. Since then, she has brought her passion for life review to writing and story-sharing workshops, literary arts events, true storytelling venues and educational roundtables. Additionally, Cheryl hosts and co-produces "Wake up and Smell the Poetry" and "Meet Your Neighbor" for HCAM TV and Bittersweet True Storytelling. More recently, she facilitates Roundtable sessions that offer topics on creativity, well-being and lifelong learning at Roots & Wings Yoga and Healing Arts Center in Natick, MA. and at Body n' Beyond Center in Hopkinton, MA. She will soon be offering individual hours of consultation for creativity in the arts, writing and daily life at Body n' Beyond.

Anna Gammal is the founder of Body n' Beyond Massage Therapy & Wellness in Hopkinton, MA. Anna enjoys working with various modalities; believing that good health comes from a strong balance of body, mind, and soul.

Anna is an established Licensed Massage Therapist best known for working with elite runners and Olympic athletes. Anna is a certified practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), licensed Hypnotherapist, Parts Therapy Practitioner, and Certified Practitioner of Quantum Touch. She is a Master Reiki Teacher. Anna is also proud to have a 200-hour teacher training certification in Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga.

About Creative Circles: The Women’s Art Forum (WAF) is now Creative Circles – Art for All! We invite all friends of the arts to join us. Creative Circles will consist of six programs a year, offered during the months of February, April, May, September, October, and November. In the words of its’ founders, the mission of this volunteer organization is to host artists’ talks that “build a strong and inclusive community through the arts – sharing contributions, inspiring one another, and growing together as human beings, artists, and community.
