Planning Board to Discuss Downtown Project on Monday Night

The next meeting of the Hopkinton Planning Board is scheduled for 7:30pm on Monday, February 6, 2012. First up on the agenda is a review and discussion of the Downtown Project and next steps. The plan will be presented to the Planning Board at this meeting and residents are invited to attend, to ask questions and to offer recommendations. The Design Review Board, Historic District Commission, Historical Commission and Downtown Revitalization Committee have been invited to participate in the meeting.

  • Ch. 61 Notice – Terry property, Lumber St./West Main St./Chamberlain St. – Discuss
  • Open Meeting Law Remote Participation Policy – review and comment
  • Street acceptance for annual town meeting – Review and determine whether to propose certain streets for acceptance
  • Legacy Farms Wastewater Treatment Facility site plan review submission – Discuss
  • Liaison reports
  • Review Correspondence
