The next meeting of the Hopkinton Planning Board is scheduled for Monday, April 23, 2012 at 7:30PM in Room 211 at Town Hall. Included on the agenda for the evening is a Major Site Plan Review for Perkin Elmer for a proposed 60,000 sq. ft. addition to 68 Elm Street location and a 25,000 sq. ft. addition to 5 Parkwood
Drive, and associated increases in parking lot area at each building.
Other items on the agenda include a continued public hearing on a proposed 3-lot residential subdivision off Spring Street, a continued public hearing for Legacy Farms and a request for two-year extension of site plan approval for Hopkinton Village Center (25 & 35 Main Street).
