Prof. Eric Johnson from the UMass Dept. of Archaeology Discusses the Native American Artifacts at Historical Society

Please join the Hopkinton Historical Society, 168 Hayden Rowe, Saturday Oct. 13 at 11:00 am when Prof. Eric Johnson from the UMass Dept. of Archaeology discusses the Native American artifacts from the Cheney family collection. Prof. Johnson & his team have identified and inventoried the artifacts for us and will share their findings. We will have some of the artifacts on display that day. Also, if you have an item (stone, arrowhead, etc) you may have found and are curious about its origins, bring it along - one item only please. The event is free to all Historical Society members and $5.00 for non-members.
