Run Around Hopkinton Relay Sponsors Run to Support Bombing Victims

The Run Around Hopkinton Marathon Relay is sponsoring a morning run to show solidarity and support for those affected by the bombings at the Boston Marathon finish line on Saturday, April 20 at 7:30AM at the start line in Hopkinton.

Come join us Saturday morning in a run in support of those affected by the events at the Boston Marathon. Wear the marathon colors of yellow and blue.
Anyone wishing to contribute to the victims may bring a check made out to The One Fund which has been set up by the State to help the people most affected by the tragic events that occurred in Boston on April 15, 2013.

Runs planned include the following:

  • 1 Mile walk/run Route- Marathon Start, immediate left on to Ash St, Right on Fenton Street, Right on Hayden Rowe Street, Right on 135 takes you back to start.
  • 4 Mile Route-- Marathon Start, Right at Clinton Street, Right at Legacy Farms, Right at Rt 135 and back to the Marathon Start.
  • .25 Mile (Hill) Route--Marathon Start, Right at Clinton Street, Right at Front Street, Right at Ash Street and back to Marathon Start.
  • 6.5 Mile Route-Marathon Start, Right at Clinton Street, Right at Front Street, Right on Chestnut Street, Right on Hayden Rowe, and back to Marathon Start line. -- (People can add on Teresa Rd, or the high school loop if they want more miles)
  • Come run or just show up to show your support!
