On Friday, 3/29 at early dismissal, students will be bused according to
their regular busing arrangements for Friday dismissal. Students who are
scheduled to be bused to their home bus stops will be bused to home.
Students who are scheduled to go to Daycare Providers will be bused there.
We have confirmed that all major Childcare Providers will be open to receive
students at early dismissal times. Childcare Providers with few Friday
students, who are not open, have contacted parents directly to make
individual arrangements.
Just as were the procedures for AM Kindergarteners during the first half of
the school year for early release days, there will be no mid-day letter
buses. AM Kindergarten students who are going home will depart school on the
same Hopkins/Center number bus as they ride to school from their home in the
morning, and will be dropped off at the same location as their morning
Hopkins/Center number bus stop. AM Kindergarten students who are going to a
Childcare Provider will depart school on the number bus that serves their
Childcare Provider. If you need to determine a departure bus number and stop
for your AM Kindergarten student, because they do not ride a number bus from
home in the morning, please call Transportation, 508-417-9381.
