Hopkinton School Committee
At last night’s meeting of the School Committee, School Committee Chair Lori Nickerson announced their intent to choose a name for the new elementary school building. As directed by School Committee Policy FF, the official naming shall take place at their regularly scheduled School Committee meeting of March 2, 2017. Dr. Cathy MacLeod, Superintendent of Schools, invites members of the community to suggest names either by written submission to her, or by appearing before the Committee at their next regular meeting on January 19th to be held in the Hopkinton High School Library. Please note that if the suggested name is to be dedicated to an individual, the procedures outlined in Policy FF shall be applied.
